I have been anxiously waiting on the story of Beck and Dee and Harper Sloan once again does not disappoint. This book is full ups and downs and that will take you from laughing to crying in minutes. You get to learn a that Dee has a very broken past and does a very good job of hiding it from everyone until Beck comes along and sees her for her true self.

Beck does everything he can to help Dee but she keeps pushing him away, even though she wants nothing more than to be with him. She hides behind her fake smiles and fake happiness hoping that no one sees what she is going through. Why would Beck want to be with her after everything she has put him through? Will she be able to move on from her past and open her heart to Beck?

Beck will not let Dee push him away. He sees the pain she is in even when nobody else notices. Beck wants to be the person that Dee can trust with all her secrets and be the one she comes to when she needs help. Beck tries to convince Dee that he will be there no matter what and he will never give up on her. He will always see through walls to the real person underneath. Will Beck ever be able to convince Dee that they are meant to be? That together they make perfect sense.

Beck is a story filled with emotional scenes and one that ripped my heart out and had me crying. I will never look at gold glitter the same. If you loved reading Axel and Cage then you are definitely going to want to catch up with everyone from Corps Security in Beck. Harper Sloan is an amazing writer and I am once again anxiously waiting for the next book in this series.

Harper Sloan nailed it again!! I love when I can sit down and get wrapped up in a book. I felt every emotion while reading and I want more. I didn't know if I could handle the last 20%, cried my eyes out. Yes you will need tissues and you will ugly cry. But let me just say it is totally worth it and this book couldn't get any better!

My heart went out to Dee. We have seen her before, she is Izzy and Cage's best friend, but we learn all about her in Beck. The things she lives through and survives, brave girl. When she finally has her light bulb moment I wanted to run out and give her a big hug.

Beck, OH MY GOD!! What do I even say?? HOT, HOT, HOT with a heart made of freaking gold. You don't find many men like this out there, but if you do don't ever let them go! He fights for what he wants no matter what obstacles are put in his path, no matter what crap his friends give him. He knows who he wants and deserves and he doesn't stop til he gets it.

Dee and Beck together...AMAZEBALLS!!! They feed off of eachother and even in their toughest times are there to help pull them through. My heart soared and ached for them; sometimes at the same time.

I will say this, I will NEVER look at gold glitter the same (thank you Harper I am now crying again). Harper is an amazing writer, I have never been disappointed in her work. Can't wait to get my hands on Uncaged and Cooper!!!

Harper lives in small town Georgia just a short drive from her hometown of Peachtree City.
