Do not be mistaken, yes this book is considered to be part of a series but it also reads as a stand-alone as well.

 This by far I believe is the best writing from Glenna to date! The emotions and passion consumed me; at times it got so hot I swear my kindle was going to overheat. Beautiful Liar will melt your heart and imprison your soul.

 My heart broke for Darby, she had to keep a secret from her high school sweetheart Brody for three years, and in the end she was forced to shatter Brody’s heart because she felt that she was doing what was best.

 Even with living with the pain of breaking Brody’s heart, Darby moved forward in her life. She was successful at her job at the Masquerade Club, as well as exploring a new love with the incredibly sexy Turner Matthews. However, as fate would have it Darby and Brody’s paths once again crossed. Bringing back so many emotions, but so many doubts as well, how will Brody react when he finds out the secret? Will they start again and not look back? Or will Darby move forward and continue on with life with Turner? You’re just going to have to read it to find out!

 Glenna you are a wicked, wicked woman! You managed to break my heart, make me ugly cry, then you were nice enough to put my heart back together, just to take a hammer to it all over again. The steamy, sexy scenes were intense and mind-blowing, often times leaving me blushing and breathless, wanting more. In the end Glenna made up for breaking my heart and she made me immensely happy.

 Glenna’s writing is edgy, raw, bold and powerful, yet she can write emotional and sentimental as well. All that put together made Beautiful Liar a realistic read. I can’t wait to read more from the series.
