It seems like every time I write a review for one of L.P.s books I am in awe of her ability to bring these characters and stories alive. That does not change with No Limit. Her writing is flawless and the story jumps from the pages playing in your mind like you are watching a movie in a theater.
If you are a fan of her Gloves off series then you are familiar with Jason as we met him in Camden's Redemption, but before you panic if you haven't read them don't worry this is a spin-off and you do not miss out on any plot elements having not read her other series'.
Jason is an undercover cop, resident bad boy and a complete smartass. He is assigned to try to crack the case and figure out who is killing prostitutes in Las Vegas. However no matter what he cannot seem to solve the mystery. In walks Aylee an FBI agent sent to assist with the case. Between her stubborn attitude and Jason's smartass mouth you are guaranteed to see them have conflict and butt heads. The snarky comments between the two of them were hilarious.
There is a chemistry between the two of them that radiates from the pages pulling you further into their story. You want to know what is going to happen between them and what will happen with the case they are working on. The story will keep you guessing right up to the very end. I could not put this story down. I cannot wait for Roped!
