“Girl’s night with Mac?” Nathan asks around a mouthful of his sandwich.
“Yep. Usually she’s at Daniel’s place or they’re at ours. We haven’t had a girls night in a long time.”
“Are handsome gay men with a love of rom coms and chocolate allowed at girls nights?”

Nate is a man whore who seeks out fellow man whores. We bonded instantly over a love of hair and cronuts. Cronuts are the genius combination of a donut and a croissant filled with vanilla cream. Seriously, he introduced me to the glorious pastry and my ass has been cursing him ever since. Of course Nate says my ass has never looked so good, so I keep him around as my personal ass motivation coach. Every girl needs one of those.
“Yes well one can only live in hope that the promise of him is just as good as the reality. You’d know all about that, wouldn’t you?”

I was fortunate enough to be involved with True Bliss the whole time the BJ was writing it. Like the first book in the Bliss Series, I was completely enamored with this book. I loved Kate in Temporary Bliss she is the kind of girl who believes that there is that Prince Charming is out there and she has kissed every frog to try to find him, only thing is he is already in her life. One drunken night she is saved by a knight in shining armor, but feels rejected when he turns down her sexual advances because he knows she deserves more than just being a one night stand, he wants to give her the world.
That Knight is none other than Kate's best friend Mac's hip gyrating, ass shaking, pelvis thrusting, male stripper booty call Zander. Since the moment that Zander laid his eyes on Kate he knew there was something about her that he wanted to get to know, and he will stop at nothing to win her over...even if he has to use some unconventional tactics to make that happen. Zander wants to be everything that Kate needs, he wants to be able to take care of Kate, so he gives up his stripping to peruse a new career, if only he knew that career would solidify his place is Kate's heart.
Of course there are bumps in the road for Zander and Kate. To hear about their botched dates was hilarious, weird men, getting groped at a coffee shop, and more. The sexual tension between the two builds and builds, leaving the reader begging for someone to make "The" move. Oh, admit it, you love when clothes fly off and there is gasping, moaning and thrusting! The story of Kate and Zander is both mouth watering and heart warming.
Superman and Mac fans don't worry you get a nice dose of them in the book as well!
True Bliss is a fun, witty, sexy story about letting go enough to let love in, and prove happily ever after s don't just happen in fairy tales. A definite must read.
