Blog Tour: Loving Kate by D. Kelly (Book 3 of The Acceptance Series)
Katherine Moore has loved Michael Matthews since they were children. She’s also in love with his best friend. After her world was turned upside down, she made an impulsive choice which may have cost her the loves of her life. Now, as she tries to make amends, she has to choose one of them. But how do you choose between two men who love you unconditionally?
Things continue to get even more complicated with the arrival of baby Lucas. In the midst of it all, her college graduation looms on the horizon and her future has never seemed more unclear. When she finally declares which man she can’t live without, he refuses to let Kate back into his heart. Everything seems hopeless until a sudden change of events puts her in day to day contact with the man she loves.
As they both struggle to accept their new circumstances, Kate can’t help but hope this will be their second chance at happily ever after. Will the man of her dreams be able to forgive her or will she finally have to accept that she’s truly lost the love of her life?
Loving Kate is the third and final full-length novel in The Acceptance Series.
I absolutely love the Acceptance Series. Every book in the series takes you on an emotional ride that will having you laughing, crying and even having you wanting to throw your Kindle a few times. Reading Loving Kate is bittersweet. It’s sad having to say goodbye to these characters that I have grown to love.
#TeamDaniel from the start I found myself drifting towards #TeamMike and back again. My heart was like a yo-yo. These two men matured and grew into men who could put their own feelings aside to truly be there for Kate who spirals out of control putting the loves of her life on the line.
Secrets are revealed, relationships are tested and some may even end. Loving Kate make you an emotional mess and make you laugh at the banter that makes you feel like you are one of the friends.

Releasing Kate (Book 2 of The Acceptance Series)
Hi D. Kelly thank you for taking the time out to answer some questions for me. You know I adore you.
What inspired you to start writing? It’s really more of a who and that who is my husband. I’ve always been a writer just nothing serious. Letters, journals, reports, you name it. I debated a long time about writing a book and he constantly encouraged me until I finally did it.2. Do you have any advice for aspiring authors?Write the book you want to read, let it flow from the heart, and get it properly edited. You can have the strongest story in the world but if it’s not edited the readers will not be happy.
3. Did you mold any of your characters after people in your life? If so who.Certain characters have a few aspects of some close friends of mine. Connor probably has the most as far as humor goes :)4. What can we anticipate from you after this series?
A few things…Chasing Cassidy will be a summer release and it’s a different twist on being left at the altar one I hope the readers will enjoy. Just an Illusion which is part of The Illusion Series will be out this fall and I warn you now you will ugly cry. It’s a series about a world famous band and each book with either focus on a member or someone related to the story. There will be a Christmas novella to wrap up The Acceptance Series that focuses on Jake and April. I’m working on something now but it’s in the early stages so I don’t have much to say about it just yet. Lastly, next year you’ll see a spin off series about a few characters from The Acceptance Series so you might see some of your faves make some cameo appearances.5. What is one thing you must have/ need while writing?Quiet, caramels either plain or chocolate covered or fruit, and Starbucks either a soy latte or an iced chai tea latte.
Thank you for answering my questions. I wish you nothing but success.
I'm a wife, a mom and a dog lover. I'm also a taxi, problem fixer, extreme multi-tasker and my kids biggest fan in anything that they do. I love to write, so when my career suddenly derailed I turned back to my love of writing. I married my high school sweetheart... how cool is that? Margaritas and sarcasm make me happy. Chocolate makes that happiness grow exponentially. People who make me laugh are my favorite kind of people. I believe Karma is a bitch who slaps back hard and that mean people suck. I'm California born and raised, I love the beach but hate the sand. The Acceptance Series is my first series with more books to come soon.
